No wait thats not what I meant. I Did not think Garfield should become a 3-d computer animation. I love the 80s cartoon. That was perfect accept for when they replaced Arline with penelopy.

wait... what?So you then don't agree with the 2-D animated cartoon from the 80's? That was accurate to the source material, yet it was an animation.I think Garfield, like many 2-D projects, should never venture into the realms of 3-D.

That's just wrong! Garfield looks plastic. I agree with the previous comments. Garfield is a cartoon not an animation and should remain as such.

Personaly, I'm for traditional animation. If I wanted to watch something that was 3D with cartoon effects, I'd watch the three stooges. CARTOONS ARE 2D! THAT'S WHAT MAKES A CARTOON A CARTOON! I fully agree with what RCFlashAnimations said. I thought the movies were bad enough, but this!?!? I mean though the 80's-90's TV series wasn't the highest budget, it still had that the wonderful cartoon feeling. The job of CGI animation should be left with Pixar in my opinion.
